Do you anticipate that the Ga. State Tech employees will have to be furloughed as the school teachers?
Response:
The State has ditcitated that we (all Technical Colleges) take the furlough and that I develop a plan to implement it. I have developed a plan which is at the State office awaiting approval. I will give you more information as soon as I have something in concrete.
The contents of the plan will be revealed as soon as I have approval. However, it was designed to have as much parity as possible and have minimal impact on employees.
I will forward the plan to everyone as soon as it is approved.
